Symptom: REBEL won't connect to NTRIP RTK network.
- The Rebel A325 or A222 Smart Antenna isn't unlocked to L2 and RTK.
- RTK network credentials aren't entered correctly.
- Contact your dealer to purchase RTK (and L2 if needed) unlock codes. If you believe the antenna should have come unlocked, please contact Customer Support with the Sale Order number.
- Confirm the network login info from the network are entered correctly, they are case sensitive. Also, some networks give a web address for the Server Address - REBEL needs to use a numerical IP Address for this and the network can provide that to the user.
