Symptom: The A220 / A221 will give a "Timed Out" error when trying to load the GPS Firmware.
Cause: The A220 / A221 will only connect to the GPS firmware update when the antenna is set to a baud rate of 19,200.
Resolution: Set the baud rate on the A221 to 19,200 using the front panel menu by going to "System Setup" and "Baud Rates". On the A220 it can be done by either connecting an S3 console or via a USB/Serial cable and either the "Remote Control" or "PocketMax" programs. The "Remote Control" program mimics the A221 menus and in the "PocketMax" program ensure that you set Port A baud rate. Then you should open the "Right Arm" program and the A220/A221 should show connected when you select the right com port.
