Affects Software versions: 18.104.22.168.14181 and older.
Symptom: The user is unable to export / import jobs from the MAX console.
Cause: This is caused by a lack of GPS signal or the Max console is not detecting a USB device.
Resolution: Ensure that the MAX has GPS and has a USB device inserted to either the side or back port. The user will then access the jobs menu and the import / export jobs icon will be lit, allowing selection of the jobs that are to be exported or imported.
