Symptom: The STX does not power up and/or won’t communicate with the connected eDrive.
Cause: The Power/CAN1 cable has not been installed and/or the correct battery cable has not been used. There could also be a connection problem at the eDrive’s CAN port.
Resolution: Connect Power/CAN1 cable part no. 0510-0351-000 to the STX’s PWR/CAN1 (red) port and its branch cables to the eDrive (branch cable ‘ED’ - ensure a good connection here), Power cable (cable part number 051-0364-000#), and to the Run/hold foot switch (if used).
