If you do a voltage check and get 2VDC on any of the output pins of the AC110 harness, the AC110 is in a fault mode. Disconnect the AC110 power lugs and then reconnect. This should clear the fault mode and allow for normal operations once again.
The fault mode may be caused by any of the following:
1. A current overload happens, most common with a failed regulating or section valve that requires more than 5 amps.
2. Dead short, most common when a faulty wire or wrongly connected wire is used.
3. Voltage input on any of the analog or digital input lines, most common when a harness is used for an unintended application, or a system is not correctly connected.
You will need to find the source of the feedback and repair it if this issue continues.
