If you get a pop-up stating the Atlas subscription was not accepted after manually entering the code, please go to Diagnostics>GNSS and check the Atlas subscription expiration date. If it says RC or BA expires never and the Atlas subscription is or is not in the Subscription section, please, reboot the MaveriX and then check this section again. It should give an expiration date now and the Atlas subscription should be in the Subscriptions.
If there is no RC or BA expires never in the expiration date, please, re-enter the code making sure the HGNSS License button below the entry box has a green checkmark in it. If it does not, touch it and it will turn green. Now re-enter the Atlas code. Please be aware that the only letters used will be A-F and the numbers will be 0-9. The letter “O” is not used.
If you are using a USB drive to enter your Atlas code, please, ensure that there is no (1) or any other number after the .gnsslicense on the file name. If the same error message appears as with the manual code entry, follow the same procedure listed above.
If you are still having issues, please contact Technical Support and be in front of the monitor with it powered up. If you contact us via text, email, Messenger, or WhatsApp, please, include a photo of the error message.
