Symptom: MAX will not power up. Ground side fuse blown.
Cause: Possible bad power cable or internal issue with in the console.
Resolution: Replace fuse. If fuse blows again, unplug the power cable from MAX and try a new fuse. If the fuse blows with the cable unhooked, the power cable is bad. If the fuse only blows when the power cable is plugged into the Max then there is an internal fault in the Max and it will need serviced or replaced. Contact Customer Service with serial number for a Service Request Order (SRO).
