Adding A Shortcut To the Outback Knowledgebase On An Android Phone

  1. Open Chrome web browser and navigate to outbackguidance.zendesk.com    
  2. Touch the Menu button (three dots) in the upper right                                                                                                                                                                 Android_OBKB_Edited.jpg 
  3. Select Add to Home screen

4. Touch Add

5. Touch Add

6) The Outback Guidance shortcut will now be on your Home screen

The shortcut created on your Home screen may not necessarily be on the first page as shown in the image; you may need to swipe left in order to locate the icon.

Note:  The procedure detailed above was done using Chrome on an Android phone running version 10 and may differ when using an alternative browser and/or Android version.
